If government wants to eliminate or slow down global warming they must force them by mandate or pay heavy environmental tax to implement the program. They must not throw a dog and pony show just to show they are trying, we need to see actual results been implemented. Oh! did I forget...They must not be able to pass the cost of doing this on to the consumer because they will always make profit at our expense, the expense should be theirs, the corporate Scrooge.
