When kittens are that small it can be hard to tell, because their balls usually don't show well yet. If it a girl though, the 2nd hold below the butt hole will be right under it. If its a boy, the hold will be a little furthur down(for room for the balls to grow) Hopes this helps.

Hello i saw your question and if the kitten has two balls just below it's bum then it's a boy if not then it's a girl or you could ask your vet they will tell you what you have a boy or a girl but just take a look at it's back end and if you see two balls then you have a boy like i said before if you don't see that then you have a girl for sure. I hope that i have helped you.

Generally you can usually lift up the kitten`s tail to see if it has testicals or not., but it could be too early to tell. Any shelter can help you determine the sex of the animal.

Lift the kitten up and lift the tail. If it has one dot on the top and the bottom of the hole then its a girl. If it has one dot on the right and left side of the hole its a boy.

Lift up it's tail from the back end. If there's very little space between the cat's anus and other "hole", then the cat is female.. if there's enough space to where it looks like testicles would form, the cat is a male.
Here's a site with pics that explains it...

Stick your finger in the hole, if you feel a bump it is male. Oh wait , that's aligators.
Sometimes it is hard to tell at that age. give it a few weeks and you'll see clearly, or take it to a vet.

Look under its tail. If it's old enough and it's a boy, the testicles will be starting to grow.

try looking, but if it;s really young you can;t tell..
get it to a vet as fast as u can, whan they;re young and without a mother cat it;s the best thing to do..
and the vet will tell you.. and he;ll tell you how to take care of it...
