It depends on the Satanist.

I've known some that were not enjoyable people to be around. They were dishonest. They would steal from you. And, they were primarily interested in fighting with you. Not really fun to have around and not the sort of person I would welcome into my home.

I've know others who, while they were a tad off center, were intelligent, thoughtful and honest. I'd welcome them into my home in a heartbeat.

Actually this goes for all religions and non-religions. If you treat me with dignity and respect I'll be happy to hang out with nearly anyone....

Except sea cucumbers. I draw the line at sea cucumbers.

Possibly. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to be friends with that person, but I wouldn't shut the door on him/her either. Christians are supposed to show love to both believer and unbeliever alike, after all. I certainly wouldn't kick somebody off my guest list for being a Satanist (assuming I wasn't already holding a "Christian-only" party).

IF i were christian and a true follwer of the word, then yeah I would welcome a satanist in my house because i'd have to follow the "do unto others" rule...BUT I'm pagan and i don't care either way...as long as their religion does not hurt my family or does not jeopardize us in any way then religion should be treated just like sexuality (whatever happens behind closed doors is their own problem).

I believe that there are two kingdoms. Saved and Lost. Remember the old Bob Dylan song? you gotta serve somebody. It doesn't matter if they are pointedly proclaiming satan or just saying they don't believe in Jesus they are serving satan.

So yes I have invited many lost into my home. Many have been saved, and left a new creation in Christ.

Yes, if they are willing to hear the gospel. Yes, even if they aren't willing. If God leads me to welcome him in, I will. If they don't want to hear the gospel while they are at my pad, then the satanist can leave if he wants to. If God wanted me to welcome him in but not minister the gospel because the time isn't right, then so be it. Christians should follow the leading of the Spirit.

If your faith is strong, a Satanist can't harm you.
Invite them in and show them how strong your faith is.

I can have a good theological discussion with anyone.

Besides, we could listen to Metallica and have some beers.
