UGH! I feel for you!!
I did the same thing---my hair was blue-black.
There is probably something a beautician can do, but I lived in a pretty remote place (an island in Alaska) when I did it, so I didn't have the resources.
It looked really stupid growing out, especially considering my hair was down to my butt @ the time! LOL!!!

When enough of my own brown grew out, I got the black chopped off.
Hope you have better luck than I did!!

:-)

dye it a lighter color, like blond, it wont actualy turn blond because its already black. or let it fade out in the sun. trust me i've been in the same situation. or you could just get it fixed profecionaly, that always works.

Go to Sally's beauty supply and get the haircolor remover kit. It will strip away the color you put on. It's harsh on your hair, so be careful.

this might damage your hair, but your best bet would be to go to a salon and get the color stripped out.
that, or bleach your hair and dye it back the color you want.
