I want a certified used car with a long warrenty so I can have less worries and plus I want a car under 13000?Thank you.

VW and Audi have the best ranked preowned vehicle programs in the US. Jaguar is also very good, but I think it highly unlikely you could find one in your price range, whereas there are many VWs in that range that would be certified pre owned, as well as some older Audis. (VW and Audi are the same parent company, like Chevy and Pontiac are)

It's luxury priced, but Lexus is off the chart. Not only did they fix my minor problem, they washed and gassed my LS430! Then Lexus HQ sent me a gas card for another $50. A truly amazing experience with Lexus Carlsbad, CA.
Oh, by the way, my car was not certified and I bought it from a non-Lexus dealer in Los Angeles. The Lexus system is, "Make the customer happy", and boy, do they.

hyundai has the 100,000 mile/10 yr. warranty the best i've ever heard of. i own one and their cars are well built and last a very long time. you can buy a brand new hyundai for like $14,000

Acura (and the whole Honda Co.) have great ones. My Acura is a dream and I bought it used.
