ex - girlfriend problems, what should I do?

My ex is ruining my life. She liked me for 2 years, but I never liked her. Then I made a huge mistake by asking her to be my girfriend. I dated her for only 1 week then I let her go. She was telling the whole world every little thing and detail we do. Not only that, but she was also hooking up with other guys behind my back. Now after we split she went to all my friends and turned every single one of them against me by telling them that I talk behind their backs, I don't like them, and other stupid lies. On top of that she went to almost every girl in our school and made up lies about me so they wouldn't like me either. By the way this all started from 9th grade (almost 2 years ago) until now. She basically chewed up my reputation and spit it back out until today.Just today she called me on my cell,called me a fa* while laughing and hung up. She talks trash about me everyday to whoever she sees and she is ruining my life. I've been igoring her all this time, but she still wont stop.

Sounds like you hooked up with psychobitch from hell.

If you can't reason with her (and it really sounds like you can't) you'll have to fight fire with fire: for example, start telling people that the reason why you only dated her for a week is because you found out that she's a hermaphrodite and has a little penis in addition to her vagina (or no vagina at all). Or you discovered that her older brother/uncle/etc. is a serial killer/rapist/animal abuser and you were really scared once you found out.

And if she keeps calling you on your cell phone, get a restraining order (you can request a printout of your incoming calls from your phone company as evidence).

The main thing is not to let her walk all over you, and to make sure she doesn't turn your friends against you. Good luck!

Violence is not the answer. Neither is retaliation though it can feel good...for a while.

The fact that you've been able to ignore it is a good sign of character. If you can keep doing this you will come through with your integrity while she will have some embarassing history to remember.

If *someone else* tells you that they heard something bad about you from her, don't get upset. Just ask them to make up their own mind instead of believing rumors.

Whoa dude, my friend Todd delt with a psycho ***** like that back in high school and just super punched her in the jaw at school. She certainly shut up that trash spewing, lie breeding mouth of hers for a very long time afterwards.

you can pray to god and he can ALWAYS find a way! no matter what the hell it is. or you can just go up to her and yell at her. or you can do the same to her. or you can plan a terrorist plan, or terrorize her life some how. but if your not the kind of guy that can do that, then dont do it. well theres nothing i can think of because. but i got in the same *** situation. good luck!

People that know you will know that she is lying. Those that don't oh well you didn't need them in the first place. Tell her you will file charges against her if she doesn't leave you alone. There are laws against harrassment.

Sounds like she needs to create drama because she does not feel interesting or likeable.....
It also sounds like she acts a lot out of spite. Spiteful people are in a great deal of pain.
People who fall for all of her BS are not people who think for themselves. Do you really want much to do with them, anyway?
She is actually transparent, but it's understandable that you can't see that through your own pain. Other intelligent, independently thinking people can.... "Hate" campaigns are obvious.
You should forgive her for her shortcomings and for her ignorance. Maybe she can't help that she is an a*sshole. She has the misguided notion that other people want to wallow in her pain with her. The chip on her shoulder is quite apparent.
Thank her for the life lesson about what kinds of people to avoid in the future, and for the experience. Do it in front of other people. They need to see you have chosen to take the high road, and that you have not let her destroy you. Ignoring her has not worked so far, so try standing up for yourself. Maybe you should confront her (in front of other people) and call her out on it. Tell her you understand that you broke her heart, but you did nothing to deserve her maliciousness. Tell her that people should be allowed to think for themselves, and you feel sorry for her because she needs to try to influence their thoughts. tell her that you realize that it's so much easier to tear other people down to the level they feel like they are at, rather than rise to the level they think others are at. Look directly at a witness and say "You better hope YOU never get on her bad side!" and tell her to her face "Go ahead, show everyone what you are really capable of"...
Do not make anything up, become defensive, throw insults, or assassinate her character (she has already done that herself without knowing it). Do not act out of spite. Command respect by sticking to the trus facts, and forcing her to take responsibility for them.
Do this! Call her out in front of people. You will give your self esteem a boost, and earn the respect of witnesses who are watching you stand up for yourself.
If you cower and hide, and totally ignore her, you give the impression that she is in control, or that she must be right about what she says. You also give her the satisfaction that she is getting away with it.
Most of all remember that THE WAY PEOPLE TREAT OTHER PEOPLE IS A REFLECTION OF HOW THEY FEEL ABOUT THEMSELVES....
You can do this. Think about it. Reword what I have said, rehearse and mamorize it, and confront her in front of people!
YOU CAN DO THIS!
Do not sink to her level....
As far as your friends, ask them if they really think that what she says is true. Do they really trust someone with an agenda like hers?

I have found in my life most people want what they feel they cant have and when they get it they want something else. People are cruel in high school no help here it sucks but i promise you it will get better.
