My compliments to you on an AWESOME purchase...may you have many years of excellent smoothies with this great device!!! There are literally TONS of drinks you can make that are very healthful, too....I mix 1 cup plain soymilk, 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit, 1/2 cup crushed ice and 2 teaspoons of Splenda (sucralose) in my blender. This is a vegan recipe but you can modify by using milk. Sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon or nutmeg on the top...I love to put mangoes or blueberries with the mix...ahhhh...like heaven in a tall glass! A great wake-up shake! You could substitute the fruit for some natural peanut butter, up the Splenda to 2 teaspoons and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to make a wonderful Reese's peanut butter cup shake, too. Or how about a coffee shake with 1 cup soymilk, 1 tablespoon Splenda, 1/2 cup brewed and cooled coffee and 1/2 cup icecubes...mmmmm! Latte, here we come!

I start with any kind of juice as a base, and I add a few tablespoons of yogurt or peanut butter. Then I always add two frozen, chopped bananas. Then I add other frozen fruit, such as strawberries, blueberries, mangos, and pineapple (my favorite). I sometimes add ginseng, vitamins, or spirulina.
I put in a few cubes of ice to get it thick and chilled. I store my smoothie in an insulated, thermal container, and drink it all day. What an energy boost!
Just use your imagination and add try different food combinations, and happy smoothie making!
