Just got a puppy, and finding it REALLY difficult to housetrain her, plus she doesn't listen that well! Unsure how to feed her since she is so tiny, plus our cat is stalking her and our border collie tries to play with her (could crush her)

Min Pins are tiny assertive semi aggressive dogs. They are hard headed and not easy to train. Most are spoiled rotten as they are small and cute. They think they rule the world and the owner let them stay that way.
Get started now on training with yours. Get into a class if you can and work with her everyday.
I would not leave her unspuervied with the other dog and maybe not even the cat.

miniature pinschers are not easy to train. these dogs seriously have a personality of their own.
