ok i no most of you are going to answer this and say you cant get a flat stomach that quick but i will do anything and i think itmaybe possible the thing is no pills, and no personall trainer just me! ok so yeah i need a FLATTER stomach in 6 days, and do u think not to stop eating but to not eat as much would help or is just not good for your body......help!

For a quick fix, stop chewing gum, drinking soda and eating beans/nuts etc.. It'll make your stomach much less bloated! And drink lots of water! Drinking lots of water helps in shedding down a few pounds especially in the tummy area!

Sorry - it's not going to happen that quick. It takes time to rid your body of fat and develop muscle. You can try sit-ups, leg lifts, crunches, etc., but even those exercises won't create a miracle flat stomache. Avoid junk food, start drinking lots of water each day, eat more proteins and less breads, pastas, and dairy products, and exercise daily.
