I think it has something to do with stress or feeling vounrable... I use to do that when I was REALLY, I mean REALLY stressed.

Sounds like Tourette's syndrome, but usually Tourette's causes verbal outbursts whether you are with someone or not. Consult a psychiatrist.

Not that I'm aware of. Some people talk to themselves alone to give them encouragement in something. You see professional sports people do it and others do it if something vexs them. I don't believe it is a sign of mental disability. Otherwise we're all mentally unstable!

this is a mental conditional and it is terrets syndrome, they is medicaton for this and it helps some but i do not think anything is 100 percent
