buy her am ipod, or a portable DVD player, or a laptop if you've got the money! Most girls love clothes, but she'd want to pick them out herself, so you could take her to the mall telling her that shehas to find a complete outfit that you'll buy her, that could be a fun day with her, that could also include you buying lunch, the time spent together would always be remembered, if you're close that is, or want to be. Jewelery is nice to, a nice necklace, something with meaning between the two of you. I dont know what your relation is to her or not, but an ID bracelet with her name on it or "I love you" or "Happy __th birthday" on it makes it a little more personal.
Hope those help
Tell her Happy Birthday!

Cell phone if she doesn't have one. Also I opened a student checking account for my daughter with a little money in it. ( Free at Wells Fargo Bank) Three years later , she is really responsible with her money because she has control over it. She loves to put money in and she has an ATM card in case of an emergency. She can balance her own checking account and it encouraged her to get a job to put more in it.- I added her allowance to her checking each month, instead of giving her cash.

Depends on what end of teenage...if you mean 13 or 14, then yea an iPod would be great....but if you mean like 16 or 17, then a cute model would be good...or at least a vibrator

Well when My Son turned 18 I took Him skydiving. Tandem of course. It will be a day He remembers for the rest of His life. They made a video, and took pictures in the air. He loved it. Guess You kind of have to be a thrill seeker.

Well, I broke down and got my daughter an ipod, and not the little less expensive nano one.

Of course, if she already has a cell phone, then maybe accessories for it.
