Isaiah predicted the coming of Jesus perfectly that the Messiah would be exaulted but first marred more than any man and then die as our sacrificial atonement for sins! why do some people say im not Jewish if i believe in Jewish Isaiah and Jewish Jesus-truth is they are not Jewish-no matter where they go to worship-if u go into a garage -does that make u a car?

Isaiah stated 700bce before we lost our temple and lamb sacrifice for sins- because God already gave us the Messiah-so we didnt need that any more-
"He shall be exaulted, but first he will be marred more than any man. He will lay down his life to make atonement for our sins." Isaiah 52 vs 13-53 vs 12
please pray for these people to stop lying and believe Isaiah and Jesus too

Jesus stated- "Behold i stand at your heart door and knock, if you believe my word and open the door and let me in, i will deliver you from sin, and become your friend."
So i prayed-Come into my heart forgive me & help me, amen." thanks!

If you accept Christ as the Messiah why in the world do people think that person has to stop being Jewish. Being Jewish is who you are. You should not have to deny who you are, Jesus was jewish and didn't deny who he was. I have many messianic believer's for friends. In fact one man is a Rabbi/minister, and the most awesome man I have ever had the honor to know. The assemblies of God has an organization that is totally devoted to bringing the Gospel of of Jesus to the Jewish people.

Kudo's to the postor who has accepted Christ as the Messiah. I hope to meet you in heaven.

As I'm sure you already know, there are physical Jews and Spiritual Jews: "For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God." (Rom. 2:28-29)

I have heard the argument you speak of, and it is rediculous. The history of Christianity BEGAN 100% Jewish. They weren't even sure whether to take the gospel to the gentiles; Paul was the instrument God used to initiate this.

Likewise, Paul spoke of the existence of physical Christian Jews saying there would always be a handful, or "remnant," and that eventually they would all be saved. Romans 9:27 and 11:1-5, 25-29.

I guess people get caught up in the difference between physical and spiritual. In any case, they can say whatever they want to; the Truth is what matters. You are a Christian Jew. You are double-blessed.

because we believe that many of the prophecies, of what all of us comprehend because the old testomony, were fulfilled in Jesus. The Jewish people are nevertheless looking in route of the fulfillment of those prophecies. We believe that we are now in "The Time of the Gentiles" which will in the destiny end with the go back of the "Time of the Jews". Over the centuries there have been those who tried to coach that the "Time of the Jews" is over, yet there is not something to characterize that God has each and every discarded the Jewish people. We believe that we are at present in a "Time of the Gentiles" which will come to an end and that God on the instantaneous will once back artwork mutually with the Jewish people often. over the past 20 centuries there have been those which have tried to assert that the Jewish people not remember, that God is by with them and function used it as justification to bother and persecute them. there is not something contained in the hot testomony to characterize that, purely that for a time God has chosen to have interplay with the Gentiles, and that aspect will come to an end. it may well be pronounced that purely one author of the hot testomony became not Jewish. that's believed that Luke ought to were a gentile. i believe that Jesus lived his entire existence as a Jew. many of the early followers of Jesus considered themselves to be Jews. the adjustments and the personalities have clashed through the years and many have used that as an excuse to make claims hostile to the Jewish those who're not supported by technique of the data of the hot testomony. Shalom.

I agree with you that it could be described as "Jewish" to believe in the Messiah Jesus. After all, weren't ALL of the first disciples of Christ, Jews?!? And Romans makes it clear that salvation through Christ was first extended to God's chosen people and then opened to the world to follow the example of the Jewish Christians. Romans 1:16 "...the Gospel (that is the "good news" of Christ's death and resurrection)... is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the JEW FIRST, and also to the Gentile."

IMO, a Messianic Jew is one of the most blessed people on earth!

that his brothers and Jewish sisters would come to the Messiah.Paul
was still a Jew after his conversion and God used him mightily to bring
the Good News to a gentile like me.Thank God for his chosen people
that Jesus (Jewish)came through so I to could be Born of God to.

Not really, because original Jews only believed in God. Nowadays, there are Jews called Jews for Jesus.

David,
You are a christian. Stop this evil and deceptive form of missionizing. It degrades christianity.

on the side, the subject of Isaiah 53 is promised a "long life" and "seed" (i.e. physical children). clearly this isn't about jesus.
