okay ive worked in the dental field for 16 yrs and I've tryed and sampled A LOT of different kinds of bleach products. In my opinion i found that the product Opalences material has worked the best. The product has an at home and a in office treatment.I personally feel the 10 day at home material is the best its a clear gel that you place in a clear mouth piece you leave in for no less than 4 hours more is okay. depending on the condition of your teeth,by that i mean if you have tooth colored fillings or crowns they will not change there color or root canal teeth. Also if you took tetralcycling when you were very young and the result was when your permenent teeth erupted you had a dark stain going across your teeth that will also not bleach. But if you dont have any of the problems explained above.I found that the material lighted teeth no less than five shades lighter. That is no lie. Now there are different percent bleach products the hightest and most effective is 32% and the 20%.Keep in mind that with the higher % material you might experience teeth sensitivity this is not a perm. condition it does disapate in time.it all depends on you. They also have a 10% and 15% material that works good just not a fast. I hope this helped out a little.
