Not to mention the dinosaurs, was that a wrong too?
I think a better question would be "Do two wrongs make a right, if one of those wrongs happens to be whitewashing the whole story surrounding the first wrong?"

If I understand what you are saying it is that God made a mistake by allowing Lucifer to tempt Eve and that He also made a mstake by allowing sin to run rampant so badly that He had to drown everyone and every thing except all that was on the ship with Noah? You wonder if God believed in the question do two wrongs making a right? And then you wonder if He was wrong but you aren't clear in what He was wrong about - not believing the saying or wrong about Adam, Eve and Noah?
Let's say you have a child that you love very much. You try to teach them right from wrong. One of the things that you tell them is not to smoke cigarettes. Later on when they are hanging out a kid offers them a cigarette and they take it. Were you wrong to have had a child?
Again, let's say you plant a beautiful vegetable garden. One day you see that a horde of harmful bugs have over run your garden. You are so angry that they've ruined your garden you want to just plow the whole garden under, but then you notice a few plants that the bugs haven't gotten to yet but they will soon if some thing isn't done quickly. So you protect those few plants and destroy the rest of the garden. Was it wrong of you to have planted a garden in the first place?
God doesn't make mistakes. That's why He's God.
If there's one thing I've noticed over the years, it's that when some people think they are being smart as far as God goes, that they are actually being called by God and they are fighting it. Read about Paul in the new Teatament and you'll see what I mean.
I hope that helped you - Saul.

God did not and ...does not "screw up" at any time. God allows people to make their own choices- whether to do good or evil. God is also never wrong. Adam, Eve and the persons in the world in Noah's time all did wrong and were punished. These people sinned and suffered the consequences. Please note that Noah and his family were saved in the Ark. The Holy Christian Bible gives the story of Noah in Genesis chapters6,7,& 8. Each choice, good or evil, a person makes results in some reaction.

The first wrong was Adam's failure to supervise Eve and tend to his assignment in Eden. The second wrong was Adam's obediance to Eve( who was beguiled by the serphant), rather than to God. These were the first two wrongs. It is true that these two wrongs did not make anything right. God's punishment was a warning for these wrongs to stop. Man obtained free will through his knowledge. The forbidden fruit, the apple, signified "the knowledge of good and evil". Now God must justify good and punish evil. God is ALWAYS right AND ALWAYS JUST. It does not say anywhere that God's standards are the same as man's standards. That is why we sometimes feel that God is not always "fair".

God never screws up. Adam and Eve made a choice. Love without the right the choose is not love at all. God created them and gave the choice to obey or disobey. The wicked during Noah's time was outlandish so HE destroyed them and preserved Noah and his family. Your logic is flawed. Where is the wrong in any of this? The wages of sin is death and they died. Just like the wages of eating too much is fat and the wages of drinking too much is drunkenness. There are consequences for every action good or bad.

Why did God hate Esau but He commands us to love???Because He is God and He does what he wants. The bible never even mentions an apple, and biblical studies reveals that the act in the garden was sexual, not physically eating any fruit, especially not an apple...the bible never mentions and apple. Sin is what brought about Noah's flood. If people do right, we wouldn't have so many problems. God is not pleased with people always trying to make him out a lie!!!

Your underlying premise is incorrect. You are saying that God made a mistake by creating humankind. It wasn't a mistake.
And you're also presuming that wiping everyone off the earth except for Noah and his arkload -- why is this wrong? If a painter--i.e., the creator of a painting--doesn't like the progress of his painting, he can paint over the canvas. God didn't like the progress of his creation and so "cleared the canvas" to start again.
You are attributing human characteristics to God, which is never fitting and proper. God's relationship to human beings is vastly different from humans' relationship to other humans. God, being the creator, can do what he wills.

God didn't screw up, humans did. Eve chose to eat from the tree all on her own. She made that choice. The people living on Earth at the time of Noah also made the choice to sin. Those were human decisions, not God's.

God did not screw up, man did. God gave man a choice, and most men chose to live a life without God. Look at the world today, more and more people are leaving religion just as before

I believe he was wrong on both counts:
>Pursuit of knowledge should never be punished
>When we make a mistake, we should do our best to fix it, not stomp on it and start over
By God telling Adam & Eve not to eat the apple, and not explaining why (or not explaining why knowledge was so evil), isn't he saying "Do this because I told you so"?
Is it any surprise that children whose parents said this turn out the way they do? Lazy when it comes to increasing their intelligence & experience, and overly judgemental? I feel anyone who isn't able to withstand the 2,000 "Why?s" that a child asks, should not have children. And yes, this means that over half of the people in this country should never have children. I'm one of 'em. (At least I admit it!)

God told Adam and Eve not to eat the apple.
God didn't screw up.... it was eve. Then she told Adam that he couldn't have sex if he didn't eat some of the apple....
So Adam had a choice..... God ...... Eve...... Sex.... Apple. It was driving poor Adam crazy.
He finally said that he would chose Sex.... ever since women have blackmailed men on getting their way.
Who said the women are the weaker sex?
