I'm a guy, first off. So I wouldn't know. My guess is, there is no good way to ask.
I think if she's interested in doing it she'd be pursuing it. Otherwise, I'd be looking elsewhere for one.
You might think of asking her "do you think if a girl gives a b.j. to another girl's guy that is considered cheating?"
She'll say... WHY?!!!!
You say...."no reason. just asking"
It'll either get you a gratuitous b.j. to keep you, make her distrust you completely, or get you broken up. If you're lucky it will get you all 3.

If a girl wants to do it she will. If you ask you might really piss her off so talk about it when you are not doing anything sexual. Ask her if she would mind trying it. Do you go down on her? If not then it may be a cold day in hell before you get what you want. By the way, it's not just doing it, it's doing it well.

when you are both in the mood and during foreplay bring up the subject that you would like to have her give you are bj and she how she reacts. If she doesn't want to do it don't pressure her and respect her choice. it isn't for everyone. some women don't like doing it at all.

you really shouldn't have to ask. well at least my guys havn't. I just give them one. It happens gradually, like making out, then hand job, then the blo job. but if she really won't give you one, you could say "would you ever give me a blo job?" and see what she says. Maybe she's not ready or doesn't want to.
