Yes..
God loves all people weather they are good or bad...
NOW that said...
God will still judge them according to his word.
Don't mistake god's love for go's judgement and god's love for heaven and hell.. they are all seperate..
OK so that said.. will Hitler go to Heaven... wow.. our earthly minds tell us that we want vengance and that he should burn in hell...
Ok.. so our early minds also tell us that Hell is a place of literal fire and brimstone..
BUT in Fact Hell means nothing more or less then you will be eternally seperated from god.
And Heaven means eternity WITH god...
Our minds warp it into physical representations of flower fields and such.
That simple and that complicated...
So, since God is not vengeful but he is JUSTful... again 2 seperate things.. then according to gods word... if Hitler accepted Jesus as his personal savior then in the end he will be saved...
Does that mean that he wont have to answer for what he has done.. Nope.. he will answer big time and Jesus will be just.. we just don't know what Jesus version of Just really is... and no one will until they are there on judgement day...
So complicated I know.. but hang in there..

That's a tough one. On the one hand, it is said that Jesus loves us no matter what. On the other, our human rationality has a difficult time trying to analyze that Hitler could possibly be forgiven for his atrocities. I think the only one who really knows the answer is Jesus.
