Talk to them about stuff that they like. Try getting closer to them when they talk to see if they are interested in you. If they back off and give you a creeped out look, they don't like you at all and probably never will. IF they come closer too, they are interested, but a little desperate. If they move away at first but then, slowly come back to you, let them come close and if they do, you can probably ask them out (BUT DO THAT ON ANOTHER DAY! OTHERWISE YOU WILL RUSH THEM TOO MUCH!)

well looking good is usually the first thing that attracts but if u smile and look cheerful b confident let ur personality shine through that should do the trick

If he's your friend get to know him better and get to be his best friend, that usually works. If he's not a friend then you just have to talk to him once and then keep on ignoring him. The more you ignore them the more they fall for you.
