since plants are created via asexual reproduction and (i forgot) meiosis or mitosis and change because of environmental factors would it be possible to remove or keep environmental factors the same and in doing so would it makes all plants look and be the same?

It is a very good question. The answer is 'No'. Its not possible to create the plant exactly identical. It is not only the issue of environmental factors but other thing do matter in the issue of tissue of the plants.

Many crop plants are produced from one plant that has undergone various genetic manipulations for disease resistance or environmental tolerance. Plants have the unique ability of being able to grow from a single cell - totipotency. Cells are cultured again and again producing clone after clone of the desired plant.

Some plants are now cloned. To assure consistency, the growers of blue agave (tequila) in Mexico are cloning one plant and using identical plants for a crop. If one plant is successfully attacked by a parasite, there will be big trouble. They will all go.

No, because no two things have the same DNA structure, when you talk of selective breeding (taking out the bad and adding the good) it would still not make any two plants stucture the same.
