Noorani's at mahalaxmi has finger licking good food. Try the malai chicken , chicken tikka biryani, soft roomali rotis among other menu items.
For high end moghlai nothing beats Peshwari at the ITC Maratha Sheraton.
In the medium range category I recommend Indian Summer at Churchgate.
