Does boiling milk or heating milk lose its nutrients?

I have heard that it does. My father will not drink pasteurized milk because he says the healthy bacteria is killed in the process.

i dont think so...it may lose some of the water in it through the stream, well probably a little bit of nutrients, but I don't think too many though. :)
