I am recently out of a long relationship and lost all my old contacts with women. I feel as though Ive lost my old skills of meeting and picking up women. Any advice on how to get back into the swing of things?

slow and easy..... pick and choose.... dont just rush head long into another relationship...... go to places where there is a slow atmosphere...... bars are NOT slow..... sense I dont date, married, I am not sure where and how..... but I can tell ya to be who you are..... we gals, at least us mature ones, dont like fake and fast....... so just take your time and learn...... Date a hundred girls from and online site. Or go to a church singles class and pick up girls there. Or both.
