I love chicken too, I eat about 6 chicken breasts a week for my bodybuilding. It shouldnt make you fat, long as you take the skin off. Depends how its cooked too, grilled or boiled if prob best.
I hope it dosent do any harm, I only buy free range / organic rather than the real cheap chickens which are just pumped full of crap to fatten them up.

I like to take skinless chicken ,fry it, then pour some pasta sauce on them and sprinkle parmesian cheese on it .

If it's fried, yes it's fattening. Skinless grilled chicken has the lowest fat content.
