No, but they didn't.
It was supposed to happen. It had to happen.
If it didn't we would all be lost.
It was the way that God had determined.

1 Cor 2:8 the wisdom which none of the rulers of this age has understood; for if they had understood it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory;

Not many people see what you have seen. Not many would write it down as you have.

The church has persecuted them because they were not christian.
The fervor that was raised by Mel Gibson's movie, still shows they are not christian.
Statements like" Christ killers" and the like.
They haven't got a clue.

Rom 11:25 For I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this mystery, lest you be wise in your own estimation, that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in;
Rom 11:26 and thus all Israel will be saved; just as it is written, "THE DELIVERER WILL COME FROM ZION, HE WILL REMOVE UNGODLINESS FROM JACOB."

well then... the "Jews" didn't actually kill Jesus. Jesus was crucified, a normal form of capital punishment at the time, by Roman Pontius Pilate. Jesus also didn't speak Latin. (like in good ole Mel's movie), he is likely, however, to have spoken Greek as was understood to have been from Galilee, a common Greek Speaking community in the region at the time... that said is the inquisition or the crusades or the Shoah, or the inability to be a land owner until a recent time in our history warranted? I don't think so.

also jews knew their own religion and prophesy, and so according to Judaism, Jesus didn't meet the criteria for the annointed "one." end story

the crucifixion of Christ was meant to be

It was the Jews. They had a choice between Barabbas, a murderer, and Jesus to be set free and they as a whole chose Barabbas. So they are responsible. Charles Manson didn't kill Sharon Tate by his own hand but he ordered it and is in prison now. Don't get me wrong, I don't blame the Jewish people. They're denial of Christ open the door for gentiles to be saved.
It was a part of the bigger plan for mankind.

The Romans carried out the will of the Jewish people.
Also, this does not take away the guilt of their hands on action.

Hindsight is always 20/20. The Romans crucified Jesus. The Jewish people did not readily accept Jesus. Peace.

He was killed by His people.....He couldn't have been killed by Irish people because He wasn't Irish and he didn't live there. Stop condemning the Jewish people for something that happened over 2000 years ago.....whew!

I am not Jewish just somebody that thinks after 2000 frickin' years we should let it go.

The holocaust was the result of an idiotic depraved madman.

Read your bible and study a little history. The Jews DIDN'T kill Jesus. The Romans did. Only uneducated idiots think the Jews were responsible for his death.

They did not kill Jesus, Jesus layed down His life for our sins willingly. Jesus died so our sins can be forgiven, and so we would have an escape from death. Through acceptance of Jesus as your savior, you can have eternal life in heaven and escape hell fire.

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

Jesus was the sacrificial lamb of God and He knew what His purpose in life wat right from the day He was born. He was born to lay down His life for us. This was what God inteneded to happen with Jesus.

John 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

The people that killed Jesus were after short term gains. Why would you think they would look to the future?

Idiot! The Romans killed Yeshua. Are you related to Mel Gibson? I hear stupidity is often attributed to genetics.
