To love God with all of your heart, your mind, and your strength, to love others as you love yourself, to accept Jesus and his sacrificial death as the only way to stand blameless in front of God and have eternal life, to ask forgiveness of our sins everyday as many times as we sin and repent...which means to reject our sinful behaviors and admit that they are wrong in God's eyes and in our lives, to spread the gospel and speak the truth in love, to follow Christ's example of love and compassion.

1-accepting that everyone in the universe is just as important as you, whether you like them or not. And treating them that way, because God saw a reason to give them life.
2 Read Mathew 5-7. That is the crux of Christianity. The rest is either comentary or manipulation of original texts. Try to read it in a Tynsdale bible if you can get one. It is the oldest English translation, and in many ways still the best. (The Church was so pissed that it was translated, they finally had the old boy burned at the stake.)

In my opinion, the most important thing in Christian life is your personal relationship with Christ/God and staying the hell out of everyone else's personal relationship. You answer directly for your sins and let other people answer to God, without your judgment.

It shouldn't be hypocrisy, but unfortunatley that's where most ogf them end up. I think the value of life is what's most important for everybody and Christians just have their way of expressing that.

Well, when the apostles asked Jesus what was the most important commandment, He told them "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind and soul." Then when they asked Him what the next greatest one was, He said, "Love your neighbor as yourself." I think that these two rules are pretty good ways to live life, don't you think?

Hello ruty.. :)
The most important thing in my life, is to have a righteous heart before my Lord..to stay close to God, in prayer and reading of His Holy Word..
So I can wake up each and everyday knowing that is a day the Lord has given unto me so..I can try and help someone else..whether it be to pray for them..visit them..feed them..clothe them..listen to them..
Serving others is what our Lord has taught us, for He was a servant to all..not just some..
We are to Love our neighbors as ourselves..
Great Question.. :)
In Jesus Most Precious Name..
With Love..In Christ..

Your great human potential-your divinely-appointed human destiny-YOUR PERSONAL FUTURE is to become a MEMBER OF GOD'S OWN DIVINE, SPIRIT FAMILY!
YOU are to become a MEMBER of the FAMILY (KINGDOM) OF GOD!
Paul said, "Know ye not that we shall judge angels?" (I Corinthians 6:3).
Yes, those who are resurrected in the first resurrection (Revelation 20:5) are to share RULERSHIP OF THE WORLD with Christ for the first one thousand years (Revelation 2:26, Revelation 20:4), and are to be like "pillars in the temple of God" (Revelation 3:12) living, ruling, reigning with God the Father and with Jesus Christ His Son FOR ALL ETERNITY!
God says the time will come-after the millennium-AFTER the great judgment of the "rest of the dead" (Revelation 20:5, 11:15) that He, God the Father, will come down to THIS EARTH-and ".... the throne of God and of the Lamb [Christ] shall be in it..." (Revelation 22:3), and then Christ says, God will"... MAKE ALL THINGS NEW" (Revelation 21:5).
Then is a "NEW BEGINNING" in the great plan and purpose of God!
THEN it will come clear WHY Almighty God is SO GREATLY enlarging HIS FAMILY! Then we will know perfectly what we can now know only in part!
Does your mind comprehend it? Can you really grasp it? YOU were born of your human parents as a POTENTIAL MEMBER OF GOD'S SPIRIT FAMILY! As you are a full-fledged member, an equal, in your HUMAN family, so through God's Holy Spirit-through growth, development, overcoming-and, finally, through an actual, literal CHANGE; a change from HUMAN to DIVINE; a change from FLESH TO SPIRIT-you will experience your own great personal, human destiny-YOU WILL BECOME A SPIRIT BEING-A MEMBER OF THE GOVERNING KINGDOM, THE FAMILY OF GOD!
This GREAT TRUTH is somehow hidden from the eyes of the MILLIONS, today! The churches don't teach it! But you have SEEN, with your own eyes, in your own Bible, the real truth about YOUR personal DESTINY!
May God help you to surrender your will to HIM; to repent; to be baptized; to receive His Spirit-to become HIS CHILD-to finally be BORN into His great Spirit FAMILY. That is the only real reason you are living on this good, green earth!

The fight.
What fight, to keep the faith.
2 Tim 4:7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith;
Keep on trucking.

It depends on the Christian.
The ideals of Christian life are hard to follow but we are offered forgiveness if we repent.
