Of course you should have never started it but after the fact you must do the electrolysis. that is the only permanent solution now. In your case since after shaving for 11 years you MUST shave everyday perhaps your health insurance will pay for it because it is a necessity. Get your doctor to say so. I am sure he (or she) will do it for you. I have a sister with the same problem and she went for the electrolysis after shaving both mustache and beard for 27 years she looks great and says it was the best thing ever happened to her she feels free and says she does not hate looking in the mirror anymore nor trying to half cover her face when she goes out. good luck to you I hope you can do this for yourself.

I am surprised that u shave ur face, this is not good at all since hair will grow thicker and faster. It seems that u have alot of excess hair, so what u have to do is not wax ,but try electrolysis, this method involves removing the hair follicles by inserting a needle into each follicle and submitting it to an electric current to burn the follicle. It is effective ,but has two advantages, its painful and might leave traces on ur face ,but all of these will disappear after a while. U can also try Laser, both are good.

Well if you can't afford to get that laser treatment. Then try buying an electrolysis kit. they are about $30.00 and they permanently remove the hair. It is time consuming because you have to do one hair at a time but it is permanent. You can buy one a Sally Beauty supply or even Walmart I think. My mom had one she used on her upper lip and chin. Worked great.

STOP SHAVING your face!! Get laser hair removal because thats probably your best option right now. Otherwise check with your doctor because that could be a hormone problem. Those are you best options however the last alternative would be waxing/tweezing! Hope this helps

You never should have started. Try using Nair. It dissolves the hair below the skin so that it takes longer to grow back. Check into laser treatments for a permanent solution.

I just read that dermatologists DO have a new cream that is supposed to slow down the growth of hair in that area. But it is prescription only and ONLY works as long as you use it. Also, check with your GYN, because excessive facial hair can be a sign of too much testosterone and you might need to get those levels checked.

Why don't you see a Dermatologist and have him permanently
remove the hair? I think Shaving makes the hair grow more brittle and course. I wish you the best of luck.

Electrolysis or waxing. Electrolysis is permanent but you may have to have it done several times.
