protein bars....go to GNC if you have them...they sell special food to help ppl gain weight :)

I don't count calories, but I do know that eliminating some thiings cuts out a bunch of calories. In fact, why don't you change your lifestyle and do this forever.

Drink lots of water, walk an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.

No sugar
No sodas
No candy
No chips
No potatoes
No pasta
No pizza
no corn
no bread
no burgers
no fried foods

Try drinking the slim fast drinks with meals, or protein drinks with meals that will put on the weight quickily.

that's good but you won't put on a pound a day.........you will burn some from your bmr but you will gain lots of weight in no time.....
