Get your bangs to mid-nose (about) n get a flatiron n flip them in to the right. Wear a head band on your hair strait flipped in

Well first you gotta have short hair. Or I guess you can pull this off with long hair too. Then get side swept bangs. Buy a cute head band and stick it on your head. Oh you should straighten your hair too. Love her outfit in the magazine.

Easy get a curling iron, a strighting iron, and to it, or go to a stylest and ask them to do it.
