I determined the ebook to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too swiftly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however typically) and doing little or no pastime, however the weight maintains flying off. It evidently works and if I'd adopted it precisely I consider it might scare the residing daylights out of me due to the fact of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the knowledge. I've under no circumstances bought whatever like this earlier than due to the fact they're commonly filled with trash, however 3WD has been a high-quality shock. Get began at present!

I joined Curves at the beginning of July, and even after not being able to go for a couple of weeks, I'm already seeing a difference. When I can get to and stick to the 3x/week schedule, I'm totally confident that I will see even more difference.
They're convenient - they're located just about everywhere. The one that I go to is very affordable, IMHO, and they had a "Rest of Summer free" promotion going on, as well. They're circuit training, so you work out both upper and lower body. And the way the circuit is set up is very good for me - you spend 30 seconds at any given station, working the equipment as hard as you can, so by the time my muscles start complaining and I start getting discouraged, it's time to move on to the next one and do something else.
I have also changed my eating habits, and am trying (TRYING!) to stick with a healthier way of eating. I stopped buying soda to keep in the fridge at home, instead drinking water or iced tea. A Slim-Fast shake for breakfast, salad for lunch (McD's Grilled Bacon Ranch Salad with dressing is like 400 calories, if my math is right), then a reasonable dinner. I have some apples and a pack of gum in my desk at work so if I start getting the munchies, I chew gum or have an apple instead of hitting the vending machine.

NO SUGAR AT ALL..... when u eat sugar n the sugar reaches u body it turns into FAT....so no sugar lyk candy cookis.... I NO IT WILL B HARD BUT TRUST ME U WILL LOVE THE RESULTS... ok somethings that u most avoid but can eat are milk, bread..ect... what i mean is that when u drink milk get the 2 or 1 % milk NEVER THE WHOLE.... the whole is very fattening...the bread u can eat but NEVER EAT WHITE.... buy wheat....when ever u but a drink lyk orange juice or minite maid ALWAYZ go for the FAT FREE or LOW CARB.....another thing i will go into is the calories ... count ur calorie intake because that helped me when i was in or on a diet.... do not EXCEED more than 2,000 calories... if u go over board or 50 or 75 calories thats ok....but if u intake 2,000 calories a day for a month u will c a drastic change.... remmember 3,500 equal to a pound but if u are not on a diet u can only intake about 2,200 calories a day... but try to intake 2,000 for a diet... do not count the calorie intake of fruits or veggies on ly ur salad n drink and lunch meal... if u follow this u will have great results....remmember be DETERMINED...i would love for u to lose weight because i lost weight when i thought i couldnt... o 1 more thing... sleep for no more than 8 to 9 hours a day because if u exceed that u will gain major weight... sorry if i gave u too much info lol good luck n remmember it worked on me

Hi. I weigh about 20 lbs. more than you and am the same height. I would like to lose about 30 lbs. and have been on the Weight Watchers "Core" program. There is no weighing or measuring or counting points. You just have certain foods that are considered "core" that you eat. If you eat something non-core, you just have to count points that come out of a weekly 35 total points. I find it pretty easy and convenient and it is working. I have lost 10 lbs. already in just 2 weeks.

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

I would personally, try eating a healthy diet, drink plenty of water to flush the system, exercise at your own pace, try cycling, swimming or walking to start with, then progress on from there. I also know a few friends who tried hypnosis. buy a self hypnosis lose weight CD that you can listen to in your own home. you need to really want to lose the pounds for it to work.
good luck.

I lost 12 pounds in three weeks. All I did was cut fast food out of my diet and hit the gym every other day for two hours straight working on cardio and just about every muscle group in my body. I hope that helps. Good luck.

exercise regularly, watch what you eat and drink, maintain a healthy attitude and have fun! I'm about the same as you are and it's a struggle, I had to completely change my style of living and make healthier choices. But it's worked and I feel happier about myself.
I also use www.fitday.com to keep track of my caloric/fat/protein intake and also my exercise. It's great! Good luck!

There are several good support programs out there, you have to find the one that works best for you. There are good ones with good tracking software and those who want you to use their suppliments. I am using The Diet Smart Plan (www.thedietsmartplan.com) and have lost about 18 lbs. in 10 weeks. Mainly you need someone to be accountable to.
