Usually, the anti virus program shows the path of the file. (ex.- C:\Documents and Settings\Name\My Document). Find the folder where the virus is, and delete it manually.

Shut down the norton anti-virus temporarily and open up and turn on the one in your Yahoo toolbar and run that one to see if it deletes it . You can always turn either off and on when you like.

Dont remoev manually because it could cause some programs to not function well or disable. Type in "regedit" in Run. Then follow the site below, follow the steps its given carefully.
