YMCA rocks! But I've been getting most of my workouts from Yahoo Q & A's...working on my "knuckles" and "index fingers" today. Wheeeeew-what a workout!

3) Curves - convenient to the house, a variety of exercise that keeps me from getting bored (my downfall when it comes to exercise routines), half hour workout that I have a hard time rationalizing myself out of ("You'll be home in an hour. Just freaking GO." I've been having this conversation a lot with myself...). Upper and lower body work.

6--at home. 1 reason being I have kids I do NOT want to take with me and don't have a babysitter for, but mostly that I hate going to the gym. I'm very self conscious and I can't relax, can't help comparing myself. I'm more comfortable at home and more likely to actually exercise here.

I think Bally's Fitness has the best equipments and trainers, especially the one close to my house.

#6..i perfer at home cuz i can exercise whenever i want to..if i chose to do it 2 times a day i can..i don't interfere with anyone..and noone bothers me..
