I am going to be 20 yrs old this year and i dont know if im going to grow anymore. I heard that once you have sex, that your not going to grow anymore, is that true? Are there ways to do something to help me get taller?

Having sex does not affect how much a person will grow. As long as you are well-nourished, it is pre-determined genetically before your birth how tall you are going to be. There is nothing you can do to cause yourself to grow taller. If you are not well-nourished and are not otherwise healthy, you may not reach your maximum height potential. If you are very short, talk to your doctor about the situation. At certain ages, growth hormone can be given to individuals to cause them to grow taller. Although, you may have passed the age limit for this. Contact your doc if you are very short and want to discuss this possibility.

Yes, you still have a chance. The growing age is around 14 to 25 years old. Take fish oil, drink orange juice with calcium fortified, and stretch everyday. Milk would definitely work too of course. But the orange juice got twice the amount of calcium as milk.

Women stop at 16-17, men stop at 20-23. Having sex has nothing to do with it.

why would u want to grow taller?
petite women look like little adorable dolls.
i prefer to be a doll than a sasquatch.

BESIDES...
what COUNTS is not how you look. looks fade. focus on your mind and stop being so naive. why would u even stupidly believe that u stop growing after sex. if i were u i would be worried more about being a mental midget then growing taller.

now GROW UP!!

first i dont think your growth has anything to do with sex and 2nd you must accept your body for what it is learn to love to be short because if you were tall you'd wish you werent so tall everyone always want what they dont have its human nature

I grew one inch in college, but I doubt it had anything to do with sex.
