Propel by Gatorade or Pedilyte. You replace the vitamins and electrolytes that the alcohol has stripped out of the system along with water for re-hydration. Gatorade will work too but doesn't not deliver the vitamins. Do not drink Red Bull, Monster etc for energy because they dehydrate you with caffeine and sugars. Also do not take aspirin or Tylenol before you go to bed. Aspirin and Tylenol can react with the alcohol causing major problems. Try taking Ibuprofen. Also, during the night of heavy beer drinking and shot slamming try to remember and have a few glasses of water in between beers and shots. My philosophy is hydrate while you dehydrate.
I chug a Berry flavored Propel after a night of going out and having a little too much to drink.

Have ONE beer or ONE drink of whatever you had last night.
I also found out once, that GATORADE works too.
What alcohol does(whenever you get drunk, or are hungover) is that it takes away your energy level and leaves you feeling weak and sluggish. So try eating something like fruits and vegetables. If you don't feeling like eating (which I don't when I'm hungover) go with the Gatorade. Or some other energy drink.
Let me know if it works.

I usually squeeze a whole lemon and add honey to lukewarm water.
Usually clears my heavy head in about an hour or two.
Or ginger tea works well too.
But I realise it works differently for everyone.
One friend swears by more boozing immediately, and he says he's not kidding! You might want try that and tell me if it works for you.

Vitamin Water Revive. It has B vitamins in it which help with the dehydration and stuff. And I agree, lots of sleep.
