Sorry to say, but no. It's very natural for a woman's boobs to sag, young or old, little or huge.

The sagging is due to gravity and age. As you age, your skin becomes less firm. Not wearing a bra EVER will allow gravity to take over anything that is loose. Wearing a bra all the time will slow this process. Watch some videos with indigenous jungle tribes...they never wear bras and all women get droopier breasts with age and after childbearing.
Remember: Gravity is a 24hour thing.

Keeping your breasts supported will help reduce sagging or even delay it some extent but as we age there is nothing that you can do eventually they will sag...and one thing to to remember is extremely tight bras that press down your breasts are also pressing the breast tissue and will cause it break down flatten out and cause sagging,,,when doing sports, and exercise you do want the tight supportive sports bras but not everyday... wearing a supportive bra that is not excessively tight is what you need to do. not super tight all the time,.,
