Puking in front of the cop. Puking in front of anyone for that matter! Farting is an everyday occurance, everybody has gas. It's gross, but it's common. People don't usually puke on a regular basis and when they do they are in that position of vulnerablitiy. Most people who see a person puking are gonna be grossed out, want to look away and walk quickly away, and have the general thought of "Sucks to be that guy..."

Neither is really that bad... puking in front of a cop will just get you sympathy (I did that once when I was in a car accident... and I wasn't drunk.)
And farting in an elevator can always be blamed on the guy in front of you. (:

Definitely farting in an elevator. A cop is probably used to people puking in front of him. He deals with drunk people all the time. And I would like to add: DRINKING AND DRIVING IS SOOOOOOO WRONG!!!!! DO NOT DO IT AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT PUKING IN FRONT OF A COP!!!
