I don't think you can ingest anything to help the memory. It takes practice and doing memory exercises. All those herbs and pills that claim memory improvement are bogus.

I would take Slim Fast...it has alot of vitamins and minerals that can be good for the mind.

Okra and Almonds eat at least 5 almonds a day....and you dont have to eat Okra every day but eat it at least once a week....

Puzzles....like memory games and mind building games are great to sharpen your memory. =)
