I need to marry a good friend of mine from Japan. I, in this case, have nothing to lose and everything to gain. She gets to stay here and carry out a full scholarship to Chapman University in Orange County, California. Her parents are also very wealthy. Litterally owning I believe 7 different homes through out the world.

Las Vegas , Nevada...some places in Las Vegas even have a drive thur chapel so you could get married in minutes!!

Go to city hall or whatever other municipal agency in your city that handles civil marriage.
Since you are so calculating and mercenary in your decision, you'll probably get what you deserve out of such an arrangement--nothing.

Las Vegas - no waiting period before you can get married, just turn up with your i.d. and buy your marriage licence for $55.

as long as you are both 18 or over you can go to a judge and have him tie the knot for you. I'm not quite sure of the details but that is what my aunt did. hope that helped!

i think that you should just wait and then you can plan out the wedding and it will be better doing that then getting married in a hurry.
