Adonay a Hebrew word is not a name, it is a proper noun but not the name of the supreme God or Lord. Jesus or Iesous in Greek, is the Name of Jesus, Adonay is the deity. of the Controlling Lord.

Why do you want to know?
On the side, since you appear to be interested in judaism, I would advise you to write it as "Ado-noi", as many jews are uncomfortable seeing a name for G-d spelled out.
