Is anyone happy with their B&Q installed fitted kitchen?

B&Q have not yet lived up to expectations - no fit date yet, no pre-fit survey etc. and now we are considering cancelling but just want to know if there people out there who used their installation services and products and would recommend them wholeheartedly!

I'd go to Homebase. The kitchens there are far better quality and they always have an offer on. We've just had ours installed and we're thrilled with it.

cancel the fitting have the kitchen fitted by a local tradesman much cheaper option

This sounds bad. Don't trust them. Cancel now
