first of all if u have any 1 of status,power,money u dont have to post this question,just slowly advance wid her and propose.if not then 1 way to attract is to be funny,if the gal is avg looking then be funny,if the gal is beautiful the be cocky.in both of them u shud not be entirely cocky or funny got it?
ps-make her feel secure,happy,thrilled in ur presence then u dont have to propose :)
