All things, {Nature},were created by God.
God, is in essence, a Spirit Being.
His word tells us that He is the one that holds all things together.
Colossians 1:17
He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.
All matter is made up of atoms that have positive charged particles in their center called a nucleus.
Since particles that are of the same charge repel each other, scientists that don't believe in God can't figure out why they stay together in their nucleus.
So to answer your question,
Yes, Nature has a strong Spirit.
God's Spirit holding all things together!
