My cat has a mass in his stomach, not sure if it's cancerous or not but has anyone used collodial silver?

I've heard of using the silver to treat them, but the one person I know that tried it, it was not good. Take the cat to the vet and let them tell you what to do. If it is cancer and it is bad, then it might be time to have the cat euthanized. It is humane and will not make her suffer.

First of all, collodial silver is not an herb and I don't believe it is ever given for a cat to injest. Just applied topically.

I seem to be referring everyone to the Yahoo group Holisticat today. If you join and put your question to the group you will find out about the use of the CS.

If your cat has an abdominal mass it should probably be treated with surgery. You need to know if it is cancer(and it is liable to be) then the vet will tell you what your treatment options are. Giving herbs or drugs is not going to change this situation.

Colloidal silver is not a herb. Its a solution of silver salts where the silver is partially reduced and exists as ultrafine particles held in suspension. Some silver colloids are used as antibacteria agents, so it is in effect a mild poison.

IMHO the medical effects of colloidal gold and silver are akin to voodoo. Do not treat him with this stuff its a waste of time and money and may do more harm than good.

I would encourage you to get your cat to a vet and get the mass checked out asap.
