India will be very tremendous for the time of monsoon. I live not far from India; they have the same types of foods that we have in China. My professor friend tells me that the markets are always blessed with an abundance of vegetables and fruits year round. It is the same thing in Guangzhou, China, another hot and humid area with a monsoon season. Actually, China has the greatest variety during the rainy season, just like India.
