Perhaps it will give you some ideas. I got the Superman idea from a website calling for Christian musicians to dress up like superheros and talk to children at schools. Since my name is Calvin and the kids used to call me Cal-el, a play on Kal-el, Superman's birth name on the planet Krypton, and since the -el stands for the name of God, ie. El Shadai (sp), Elohim, or even the prophed Elijah (basically, Superman is a representation of the Son of God) I dressed up and went to the local fireworks display to bring joy to the children and was surprised at how many adults... all the way up into their 70s I'd say... were just as pleased! They kept driving by me yelling, "Hi Superman!" in the most cheerful voices. It is really rewarding to get unexpected support.
