Get rid of them both. He's no friend, and she's not a good gf. It's hard to give up a friend, so that's up to you. If you feel as though you can live with what he did, then by all means, keep him. But I'd still get rid of the lying little cheating gf.

First ask yourself this: what was your reaction when you saw that? If it was to dump both of them, do it. Neither of them were loyal to you. Don't try to get even or 'just forget it.' If she cheats now, she always will. If he steals your girl, he will never stop trying, no matter how much time is between then and now. Good luck and take the high road. seriously though he is not much of a friend and she can't have been in love with you so you are better off to just forget the incident and kick them both out of your life permanently.
