Why people behave as the do ?

If a child is just plopped from relative to relative while they're young. said relatives would be grandparents that can't remember things from 5 minutes ago, start to raise themselves so they feel they don't have to listen to authority from their parents or from other people. It's their way and everything is about them.

parents don't train their children anymore they give in to their children
