Walk into a room (can even be a room of your house). Look around for one minute, walk out, and write down everything you can remember. Take the list with you and see what you missed. Work crossword puzzles, word games, anagrams, anything that keeps your brain active. It works, honestly.

There is a tea called ginkoba, but you have to remember to take it everyday if you want to increase your memory. I use to take it when I would remember too.
