That is an excellent way to set yourself up for some real disappointment. Seeing someones picture and talking on the phone is not indicative or real life.
You have probably fallen in love with an ideal idea of who this other person is; not who he/she truly is.

Actually, after seeing the person's photo and several IM chats! I just knew I would be crazy about him, and I was correct. When I met him in person and then got to know him it was amazing - my feelings had been right on.

Oh yeah. I know it is horrible. I am all for this guy, we've texted, email, hours and hours on the phone but not a date.

Yes thats the case wid me...i saw her foto on the chatting and asked her fone number,,than we start talking for hours...i dont know when i fell in love iwid her...i said to her that i love her sooo much..she answered me in +ve response.then our love started but she lived some 1500miles away from me...but still we met 3 times in one month...and our love is still going on as strong as it was on the first day!!
