Because I work all week and have no time to cook a home-cooked meal Sunday dinners are a special treat in our house.
Half Chicken on the grill
Corn on the cob
Fresh green beans
Mashed potatoes/gravy
Home-Made biscuits
Buttermilk
Ice cream if anyone wants some

Don`t know. The missus asked me to put something on for dinner at 4pm but I forgot what she said because I`ve been having an E-mail conversation with someone and completely lost track of the time and what I was doing- Ah well, never mind.

You probably won't like the sound of it is, but is gorgeous! We are lucky enough to be having spaghetti. But not any old Italian version. The topping is raw sea urchin roe (umi) and raw salmon roe (ikura) in an anchovy sauce. Garnished with raw slices of bitter gourd (goya) and sprinkled with sliced sea-weed (nori). Accompanied by a very dry white Italian wine and an avocado, lotus root, apple, orange, white radish and green leafy salad, topped with pumpkin seeds! Dressing is garlic olive oil, balsamic vinegar, black pepper, chopped peppermint and sesame seed. Mmmm.
I wait all week for this one!

I think I'll go in the backyard and shoot some squirrels, maybe a raccoon. Or perhaps a fox or one of the rabbits I've seen wandering my neighborhood lately.
For all you animal lovers out there, I'm just kidding!
Actually, I probably won't know what I'll have until I go to cook it, as I rarely plan such things in advance.
