The only person that can do that is her physician, she really needs to see a Dr. She is probably very dehydrated which needs medical attention. Especially if she can't keep any fluids down, get her in as soon as you can.

If she's been sick for that long she really needs to see a doctor. Most stomach viruses and food poisoning run their course in 24-72 hours.

How old is your mother in law? This could be anything from a foreign body to toxins to pancreatitis to a cancerous tumor. It's certainly no routine tummyache. See a doctor ASAP!

What is she eating? It could be a food-related allery, amonst other things. Is she running a temp? If it continues, she should see a doctor. Tell her to drink LOTS of water, she is probably getting dehydrated.
