The word wine was not descriptive of alcohol beverage until the Oriental culture introduced the method of fermentation to the world. It was used with opium as a catalyst.
The wine of the early church was not fermented. The priest squeezed the grapes by hand into the challis and then drank it. It hardly had time for fermentation.
The answer to your question is "0" percentage of alcohol.

Guess they do not have any appartus to measure the alcoholic contends. I reckon it could be 4-8 % as ale or mead.

In the middle ages many monasteries made beer to nourish their monks and to sell to the people. (The reason the monks were so intensively concerned with making beer was because they wanted a pleasant tasting, nutritious drink to serve with their meals, which were frugal at best, especially during the fasting periods. As the consumption of liquids was not considered to break the fast, beer was always permitted.)

The consumption of beer in the monasteries reached astounding levels: Historians report that each monk was allowed to imbibe 5 liters of beer per day.

Of course that info is not available by reading the bible. I'm sure they got drunk off of it. Lots of warnings throughout the bible on alcohol becoming an idol. Jesus loved wine, but not more or even the same as he loved the Father.

If it's sweet, it has less alcohol (around 10-12%) If it's dry (not sweet), that amount is higher (14% ish) If it's fortified, it can be around 16-18%.
